Key Responsibilities	Dialysis Oversight: Manage advanced hemodialysis and peritoneal units. Critical Care: Handle AKI and CRRT in a 30-bed ICU. OPD Consultations: Treat CKD, hypertension and diabetic kidney disease. Vascular Access: Perform and maintain dialysis access points. Clinical Rounds: Lead patient-centric inpatient care and diagnostics.
